Sweetener: sorbitol; ElderCraft® dry extract of black elderberry fruit (Sambucus nigra L.), standardised to 14% anthocyanins; L-ascorbic acid; zinc citrate; Vita-algae D™ cholecalciferol; cyanocobalamin; sodium selenite.
Directions for use
Adults: take 1 stick daily. Let the contents dissolve directly on your tongue. No water is needed. Alternatively, add to yoghurt or muesli.
